The open living space leads straight onto the back garden which comes with a secure electric shutter and a dedicated parking space for 1 vehicle. There is now residential parking and permits can be provided. If you love to paddle board, windsurfing, kite surfing or sail you have hit the jackpot in Exmouth you will be spoilt for choice. If you just love to have a long walk along the beach or in the country side Sandy Feet Retreat is a great base for friends, families or couples. The accommodation is very versatile. There is a BBQ and fire pit for entertaining, after a hard day at the beach. Plenty of space to store any water sports equipment you might bring, with outside power and tap with hose. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cater for all your guests. There are lots of places to eat out all within a few minutes walk from the apartment. Of course, it has everything you would expect. Oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. There is hanging space, storage and a mirror with plenty of plug sockets in each room. There are two separate shower rooms with basin, and toilet and a standalone bath in the large bedroom.

You have the whole apartment which is on the ground floor of a beautiful Victorian house. The garden is secured with an electric shutter and there is a dedicated space for 1 Vehicle with plenty of street parking also available. Interaction with guests. As often or as little as you like The Neighbourhood Exmouth is a beautiful Devonshire town by the sea. It has everything you will need within walking distance. Restaurants and pubs with great live bands. With its 2-mile sandy beach and estuary water sports are big. Kitesurfing, windsurfing paddle boarding and sailing to name but a few. There’s loads for families with younger children to do when you’re not on the beach. A great soft play area with the most amazing view, just in case the sun doesn’t always shine. Tenpin bowling, bike hire and great cycle routes taking you up the scenic coastal path. If you like your Rugby, the Exeter Chiefs are only 15 mins away on the train and the City of Exeter 25 mins. Dogs are really welcome in most places in Exmouth with dedicated areas on the beach and the famous Jurassic costal path right on your door step. You will not be short on walks to choose from.
