Upon entering the property, you'll step into the homely dining room, where stylish wooden flooring and original features creates that home from home feeling.
The space comfortably seats eight guests, making it perfect for gathering around the table to enjoy a meal together and talk about the days adventures.
The living room is next door, where a corner sofa and TV invite you to unwind. The wood-burning stove casts a warm, cozy glow for relaxed evenings. Take in the sea views from the window seat, perfectly placed to frame the dramatic coastline.
Just beyond lies a bright, well-equipped galley kitchen—everything you need to whip up home-cooked meals in a sunlit, functional space.
This ground floor also has the added and much needed benefit of a downstairs WC and completes the lower floor.
The property boasts four bedrooms, spread over two floors, each offering a tranquil retreat after a day of exploration. On the first floor, you'll find two king size bedrooms, each with a basin for added convenience and family bathroom.
The first of the king size rooms enjoys beautiful sea views, and both are styled in relaxing and stylish colours.
The family bathroom, complete with a bath and walk-in shower, is spacious and stylish, perfect for a relaxing soak or a quick refresh.
On the second floor, you'll discover two twin bedrooms, again each equipped with a basin.
There's also a separate shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC, providing stylish and practical facilities for all guests.

Sandy Toes is located in Sandsend, a stone throw away from the beach and a short 10 minute drive into Whitby. The small fishing village of Sandsend sits at the end of almost three miles of sandy beach, west along the bay from Whitby. Perfect for relaxing stays, you can watch the surfers bob in the distance as you stretch your legs along the shores and soak up the sea air as you feel the sand beneath your toes. You’ll have a selection of restaurants, cafes and a local pub for you to enjoy during your stay.
In Whitby you will find an eclectic mix of cosy pubs, and the well renowned Magpie Cafe alongside many other local restaurants, cafes and quality fish and chip shops.
Local Whitby Jet shops are aplenty here to showcase this locally sourced commodity and some of the Jewelry on sale is breathtaking and a perfect souvenir to take home after your stay.
The streets are home to lots of lovely boutique shops and at points throughout the year are home to annual events such as the Bram Stokers Film Festival, Steampunk and Gothic weekends which people attend from all over the World and certainly a spectacle not to be missed, the events draw on the towns rich history as the birthplace of the Dracula stories and the inspiration for Bram Stoker.
Not forgetting that Whitby is the birthplace of Captain Cook and the memorial museum is a must for anyone interested in history and the famous 199 steps up to the Abbey.
There are countless options for those interested in walking in the North York Moors National Park, as the clifftop walks along the coastline are part of the Cleveland Way, and the Lyke Wake Walk finishes in nearby Ravenscar.
For the Train enthusiasts out there the town is frequently visited by the steam trains that run from Pickering and offer an enjoyable day out that takes you into history with some lovely quaint villages such as Grosmont along the way that showcase a bygone age and these can be seen from the property.
