Sandy Toes Cottage, Filey is a beautiful, newly decorated, spacious and comfortable cottage. Sister property to Salty Kisses Cottage, also at The Bay and sleeping 9. The open plan living space, downstairs flows the outside space, through french doors. Here you can enjoy the south facing sun from early morning until late afternoon. A brick built BBQ and patio furniture with parasol provides a great space to relax and play. There is a downstairs cloakroom WC and plenty of hall space for coats and shoes. You will find a well equipped fully fitted kitchen and dining space for 5. Upstairs there are 2 bedroom, comforably sleeping 5. The master bedroom has a double bed with walk in wardrobe and the 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed with full size single truckle bed. Both bedrooms have storage and TV/DVD players with Netflix and Amazon Prime. Xbox One for rainy days. There is plenty of room in either bedroom for a travel cot. The Bathroom has a bath with overhead rainforest shower, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach! Travel cot and high chair are included, if required. 1 well behaved dog is also welcome.

We are a family of 5, myself Joanne and my husband David and our 3 energetic boys! We love traveling and exploring both in the UK and abroad. We have 3 beautiful properties in Filey. We love exploring the Yorkshire coast and creating memories as a family. We are excited to share our love of the east coast and our cottages with you and hope you also enjoy lasting memories too!

There is a newly refurbished gymnasium, football pitch and boules courts around the holiday village, as well as an adventure playground. There are several other paid for activities within the village, including tennis court, archery, go carts and a beauty salon. There is an onsite pub and a coffee shop, both serving delicious food in a family friendly environment or even offer take away if you prefer.
