Sandy Villa is a stunning family holiday home. Spanning four floors this modern townhouse is just a short walk to St Mildred’s Bay beach and has sea views from the sitting room and two bedrooms. Add to this a large open plan kitchen/dining room complete with football table and bifold doors onto a courtyard garden, plus private parking for two cars and this holiday home really does have everything you could ask for.

Sandy Villa serves as an ideal base for leisurely seaside walks and exploring the rich history and attractions of Kent's coastal towns. If you're feeling adventurous, bring your bikes and cycle along the promenade by the sea. The nearby village is just a short 10-minute walk away and offers a variety of shops, including a Co-op supermarket, butchers, bakery, pharmacy, and even a rare independent cinema that is definitely worth a visit. Plus, the Westgate-on-Sea train station is nearby which provides easy access to London in approximately an hour and 40 minutes. For golf enthusiasts, the 18-hole Westgate Golf Club is conveniently located just a stone's throw away from the front door, welcoming visitors. And if you fancy a game of tennis, head to the neighbouring village of St. Mildreds Bay, where free courts are available on a first-come, first-served basis (don't forget to bring your rackets!).
