SAUNTON GRANGE OVERVIEW Saunton Grange is a stylish 7-bedroom property sleeping up to 17 guests, ideal for large family gatherings, stag and hen groups, or milestone celebrations. Located in the peaceful hamlet of Lobb near Saunton, the home was once part of a historic manor estate and now offers rustic charm combined with modern convenience. Beamed ceilings, exposed stone, and flagstone floors run throughout, with countryside views from its elevated position. Nearby are the stunning beaches of Croyde, Putsborough, and Woolacombe, as well as Saunton’s championship golf courses. DINING ROOM A double-aspect room with high beamed ceilings, stone walls, and slate floors. Two large wooden tables seat 16, perfect for group dining or themed nights. LIVING AREAS The main lounge includes two large corner sofas, a 51” wall-mounted TV, and a decorative fireplace. A first-floor snug offers a Smart TV, Netflix, DVD library, and children's books. KITCHEN The farmhouse-style kitchen is fully equipped for group catering with double oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. Features a small dining table, flat-screen TV, and a decommissioned Rayburn cooker. BEDROOMS Three ground-floor rooms: a twin (TV/DVD), a double with garden views (TV/DVD), and a king-size with baby room and 32” TV. Upstairs, a six-bed bunk room with toys, games, and Wii console. Two further doubles, one with en-suite and 32” TV, plus a single bedroom. Another double leads to the snug. BATHROOMS Two family bathrooms upstairs (one with bath and shower), plus an en-suite in Bedroom 5. Additional WC and utility area with washer and dryer.
