Saunton Point Break is a stylish 2-bedroom luxury apartment overlooking the golden sands of Saunton Beach. Sleeping up to 5 guests, it's ideal for families, couples and surfers seeking a relaxed coastal escape with direct beach access. The bright open-plan living area enjoys panoramic sea views through floor-to-ceiling windows and opens onto a decked balcony, perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets. Relax on the large corner sofa, watch SKY TV, enjoy a DVD, or make use of the books and board games provided. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, washer/dryer, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine (please bring your own pods). The dining area seats four with beautiful sea views. The master bedroom features a super king-size bed, en-suite shower room and doors opening onto a private deck with sea views. The second bedroom has twin beds plus a pull-out trundle bed, making it ideal for children or friends, with direct access to the deck and shared lawn. A family bathroom includes a bath with shower over. Bed linen and towels are provided. Outside, enjoy the balcony, private deck and shared lawn, with a pathway leading directly to Saunton Sands. Private parking is available for one car, plus one shared visitor space (subject to availability). Important information: A neighbouring site is scheduled for redevelopment from early September 2026. Construction will generally take place during normal weekday working hours. The noisiest piling phase will not be taking place, but guests should expect some daytime construction noise and visible site activity on weekdays. The apartment, its sea views and direct beach access are unaffected. Our rates have already been reduced to reflect this.
