The Black Labrador is a quick 2-minute drive from Scar View and offer an excellent menu consisting of locally sourced produce that can be enjoyed by either dinning in or collecting from the pub. The iconic towns of Bowness and Windermere are found a 15-minute drive away, with the historic market town of Kendal found a slightly shorter 10-minutes away in the opposite direction. Oxenholme (Oxenholme Lake District) and Windermere Train Stations are the nearest train stations, located a short 15-minute drive away from Scar View.
