Set in the picturesque Harbourside village of Charlestown, this semi detached grade two listed cottage has been lovingly restored to a high standard by my husband. Jason is a perfectionist and has an eye for interior design and quirky features. Sea haze is in the heart of the village, a stroll away from the pubs, coffee shop, restaurants and quirky shops. The harbour and beaches are a stroll away too. There's a bus stop just outside, Newquay airport, 21 km from the property, St. Austell train station 10 minute drive away. Close to Eden Project, lost gardens of Helegan, Fowey, Mevagissey, lostwithiel to name a few. The cottage is a real home from home, dishwasher, washer/dryer, induction hob, cooker, gas central heating, shower, bath, free wifi, smart TV.

I was born and lucky enough to grow up in Charlestown, it really is a beautiful place

Charlestown is a picturesque Harbourside village, A favourite of film companies, Poldark being one of the favourites. The beaches are a five minute stroll away, pubs, restaurants, quirky shops, park for the children and breathtaking coastal walks, relax and enjoy the local hospitality or venture to the numerous attractions close by. Eden, lost gardens of Heligan, Mevagissey, Fowey, lostwithiel, to name a few.
