Sea Shells is a detached bungalow in Kent, with a lovely garden to the rear. Newly refurbished & equipped with all that you could want for a restful, peaceful seaside break. Ideal for family or group of friends, close proximity to the sandy beach @ Greatstone, allows for long walks, views of fantastic sunsets. Near to a bus stop, allowing for trips to nearby Tenterden, Rye & Folkestone. Set amidst RSPB country, near to the Dungeness Light Railway & the amazing unique landscape backdrop of Dungeness Peninsula. Plenty to do / see, we're sure you won't be disappointed. Although it is a bungalow, there are a few steep steps in/out of the property. NOT WHEELCHAIR suitable or for anyone with limited mobility. A basic cot Red Kite Sleeptight travel cot is available upon request & a high chair. Please ensure this is satisfactory for your needs prior ~ Manufacturer states that this is suitable for infants from birth up to 15kg max. and for children who are unable to climb out of it.
We welcome you to a beautiful part of the country. We have hopefully refurbished and equipped this holiday home and thought of as many aspects as we feel applicable. We hope you are comfortable and that you have a most enjoyable break.
The neighbourhood is very friendly, a peaceful area. The residents take pride in their road. They respect each other and in turn help each other out. We ask you please to respect the surroundings, abide by local rules, protect the environment, do not drop litter or make a disturbance. We also ask you please to respect the neighbours whilst in the garden in the evening. Please note terms and conditions apply. No animals allowed. No smoking allowed. No sports equipment allowed into the House.
