Sea View House is a reverse-level property consisting of a first-floor open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with Rangemaster with electric double oven and hob, microwave, two fridges, a freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer a dining area with seating for nine guests and a sitting area with TV and a balcony. The bedrooms reside on the ground floor and consist of a king-size with en-suite shower room, a super king-size with extra trundle bed, a double with en-suite shower room and a twin room, along with a ground-floor bathroom. Outside there is a rear enclosed garden with decking, lawn, furniture, outdoor shower and a balcony with furniture, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 1 mile, you will find a shop, within 0.1 miles, a pub and within 0.4 miles, a beach and please note that two well-behaved pets are welcome but sorry, no smoking.
