Fishermans park is less than 500 steps away, which takes you effortlessly to the clean and well-groomed sand of Southbourne beach. Local amenities close by include a laundrette, Co-op, Tesco Express, local post office and library as well as the copious amounts of excellent (independent) coffee shops, cafe’s, bars & restaurants as well as local food marts of varying cultures, all just a short walk away! BICC is just a few minutes taxi ride away, or you can take a leisurely walk via the beach! Our studio apartment is a self-contained Tardis that benefits from it's own entrance, bedroom, kitchen, separate shower room with basin and toilet and enclosed courtyard garden for early morning coffee & breakfast, lunch or a little al-fresco dining in the early evening. Whatever your reason for being in this beautiful part of the country, we are here to make your visit that little bit more perfect! When making a booking, Please note all guests must be included in the booking for insurance reasons. Pets are welcome to stay where there is a deep cleaning charge fee, which will be arranged directly with your host. Basic breakfast is available, or where special requirement is arranged with host after booking.

I'm Eva, and as your host, I'd like to welcome you formally to Seabourne Studio and provide you with a little background in order to understand why I love hosting our studio apartment to visitors of my newly adopted city. I am originally from North London and retired to the Bournemouth area with my two young children in early 2022. I truly love hosting visitors, and Southbourne was my chosen destination, and happy you made our annexe your choice for your get-away! Since opening Seabourne Studio, I have become a passionate gardener and will be creating a food oasis providing my family & guests with fresh salad leaves, cucumbers, herbs & glorious tomatoes; a smell (and taste) you cannot get from shop bought produce. In my spare time, I like to do anything creative, I draw, I paint, I design.

Southbourne is a coastal resort suburb town in the city of Bournemouth, laying directly between the cities of Christchurch and Poole, making it the largest town in Dorset. It is situated on the English south coast, equidistant from Dorchester and Southampton and with a seven mile (Blue Flag) beach, free beach parking, excellent cafe bars, restaurants, public gardens, cliff face, and of course beach elevator, stress free living is found at every turn. From the clifftop, you can clearly see the cities of Poole & Swanage to the west and the beautiful Isle of Wight "Needles' to the east. The New Forest is an area of southern England that includes the New Forest National Park. Just a short 20 minute drive away, the region is known for its heathland, forest trails and native ponies. In the southeast, of the forest is the National Motor Museum which houses F1 race cars and hundreds of vintage cars, trucks & motorbikes. Exbury Gardens & its working Steam Railway, the area is also home to exotic trees, plus colourful rhododendrons and azaleas. Owls, otters and wolves are among the residents of New Forest Wildlife Park The BIC; is just a short walk to frequent live shows & concerts!
