The Snug by the Sea Studio is owned by Dstar Properties. This is our first serviced accommodation apartment, now with more being added this year. We aim to offer a high specification apartments with modern interior packed full of all the quality appliances you would expect in a high end apartment.

Unique Studio apartment with stunning sea views is set in the grade 2 listed building, Norfolk Crescent, built 1825. This amazing part of history overlooks the Solent at Beachlands on Hayling Island. Snug by the Sea Studio apartment is located on the 2nd floor, access by stairs. So may not be suitable with anyone with mobility issues. The apartment blocks are under renovation to bring Norfolk Crescent back to its true historic beauty. The Snug by the Sea is a unique studio apartment. It boasts stunning views over Hayling Beach and across the solent. Its a very small compact studio which features a smart sofa / pull down bed system. By removal of the back sofa cushions, a pull on the sofa base cushions tether, a press of a button, and then pulling down the full size European Double bed. You then have a full bed all made and ready for you to sleep in. We supply bed linen always washed at 60 degrees. However as we are a pet friendly serviced apartment sometimes dog hairs do manage to survive the wash cycle. So we advise any guests who are particular regarding bed sheets to bring their own to use. The apartment although very small boasts so much inside and has a full kitchen with a fridge / freezer, oven and hob, sink for washing, tea and coffee facilities including a pod coffee machine. All plates, cutlery and cooking utensils included. The bathroom facilities include a toilet with compact wash basin above, and a stand up shower. The ceiling above the toilet is sloping due to the stairwell above, you may need to be seated when using. Also included amongst the facilities are; TV Free WIFI Wardrobe for clothing and bag storage Vacuum for clearing up any mess Full length mirror.

The Snug by the Sea is set on Hayling Island Seafront within Norfolk Crescent. The Building itself and the whole of Norfolk Crescent is undergoing a complete renovation. The Historic block was left neglected for around the past 30 years, but now huge investment is being put into the whole of Norfolk Crescent. The buildings have now all had external painting showcasing the historic beauty. A couple of the blocks further down from the snug is being renovated, this may impact how close you can park to the Snug. However so far its not impacted any parking for block 49 as far as we are aware from guest feedback. The Block where the Snug is located has now had the front door restored and awaiting the new intercom system to be installed. The tired communal area awaits re-decorating which is planned for late summer 2025
