Seaglass Cottage is a brand new, detached bungalow located in Mengham (south central Hayling), five minutes walk from the beach and shops. It is situated in a quiet leafy lane with its own parking and access. Seaglass Cottage has an open plan living, dining and kitchen area with a vaulted ceiling and log burner. There is a spacious bedroom with built-in cupboards, king size bed and views of the garden. Leading off the bedroom is the bathroom with walk-in shower. Outside, there is parking at the front for one car. To the rear is a deck area, pretty garden and lawn.

My life plan is to go sailing round the world and my focus at the moment is putting everything in place in order to achieve that goal. Seaglass Cottage is part of the plan. I understand how important it is to find some time for quiet relaxation and I hope I’ve created Seaglass Cottage as the perfect place for my guests to be able to achieve that.

Hayling is a small island off the south coast of Hampshire and is home to miles of pretty coastline and a wide range of sporting facilities. It boasts one of the top sailing clubs in the UK, a tennis club offering real tennis, a links golf course, windsurfing, kiteboarding, paddle boarding the list is endless. But don’t feel you need to over exert yourself. You can choose a more relaxed pace, enjoy a stroll on the beach and build a sandcastle, buy an ice cream or a tasty meal in one of our friendly pubs or take a short ride on the steam train to the fun fair. With views of the Southdowns to the north, Chichester harbour to the east, the Solent to the south and across Langston harbour to the familiar skyline of Portsmouth to the west - you will never tire of the surroundings.
