Everything you need for a wonderful holiday! Comfort, space, entertainment and just a few minutes walk from the beach. Our comfortable, spacious three bedroomed caravan is located in the Elm Walk area of Parkdean Resort and only a short walk to the entertainment area. The caravan has a spacious lounge and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen (including oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, air-fryer, slow cooker, toaster). There is a bathroom with shower and toilet, plus a separate toilet. We have two twin bedrooms, a double room and a pull-out double bed in the lounge. All bedding and towels provided. Heating is a gas fire in the lounge and oil-filled radiators in bedrooms plus two convector heaters in the hallway. Our personal touches gives it a home feel without being cluttered. We've got outdoor furniture and plenty parking space. The pristine resort has a well stocked shop, amusement arcade, swimming pool, entertainment, bar, restaurant and takeaway (*NOTE - FACILITIES CLOSED DURING WINTER PERIOD MID NOV TO MID FEB). The surrounding area is amazing with so many sites to see, including St Mary's lighthouse and Spanish City. This is a lovely place for a break.

To thank you for your booking and to welcome you to our property there are some things we've added that we've appreciated on our holidays. There is tea/coffee/sugar, sweets and biscuits plus shampoo/conditioner and shower gel, just in case you've forgotten anything! For the kids there are games and toys to keep them entertained. We are passionate about making your holiday special. Without intruding on your stay, we are only a phone call away if you need us. There is also a Reception area with loads of information to help you plan and enjoy your stay.

Being so close to the coast, you have a beach and coastal path to enjoy. Walking, cycling or just relaxing by the sea on a beautiful sandy beaches. Whitley Bay itself has lots of entertainment and eating places then along the coast to Tynemouth which is steeped in history. St Mary's lighthouse is a special place worth a visit. There are water-sports, golf, amusements, art museums, Sea World etc to enjoy. The Reception team have discount vouchers available for lots of the local attractions.
