Light and airy accommodation located in the seaside town of Rustington, West Sussex. The Annex is attached to the main house, but with its own front door and parking space. Close proximity to historical Arundel, with its Castle and Cathedral, Goodwood - Racecourse, Festival of Speed and Revival. Brighton and Chichester are close too. Walking on the beautiful South Downs and the Angmering and Arundel Parks and, of course, the beautiful beach at Rustington.

Rustington town is 10 minutes walk or two minutes drive. It has good selection of banks and shops, as well as many coffee shops, pubs and restaurants. There are 2 nearby Golf Courses, and a driving range. There is an Outward Bound centre nearby with climbing walls and a ten pin bowling alley. A new swimming centre with a fitness suite and sports hall. Littlehampton is 2 miles away, a thriving fishing town, with its riverside cafes, fish and chip shops, boat trips.
There is a regular bus service at the end of the road, and Angmering train station is 20 minutes walk away, with regular trains to London, Brighton and Portsmouth. We have many fabulous walks in the area, and will be pleased to advise you during your stay.
