Lairg is a beautiful village located in the centre of Sutherland, an ideal location to make a base for touring the NC500, West, North, and East coastlines are all within an hours drive. Nearby is the famous Falls of Shin where you can see Salmon leap. Dunrobin Castle is a 30 minute drive. Royal Dornoch golf course is also 30 minutes drive as is Glenmorangie whisky distillery. John O Groats is 2 hours drive an easy day trip.
