This wonderful Dales farmhouse has to be ’ Escape to the Country’ at its best, it even has the meandering Skellgill Beck trickling through the gardens, whilst the sheep graze the fells beyond. What better place could there be to watch the world go by? Although perfectly rural, Skellgill does not feel remote as there is a small traditional dales farm close by.
