Snowdonia View consists of a king‑size bedroom with en‑suite bath, a ground‑floor twin/single with trundle with ensuite shower room, and a triple bunk room (double and single over) with ensuite shower room, 2 x bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. The first floor hosts a kitchen with range oven and hob, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and air fryer. The second floor offers a living/dining room with Smart TV and double sofa bed, and the third floor features a conservatory with access to a rooftop terrace. Outside, there is private driveway parking for two cars. Two well‑behaved pets welcome, but sorry, no smoking. A shop is within 0.6 miles, a pub within 1.1 miles and the beach within 0.1 mile.
