I'm Matt, and South Coast Boudoir is a property I've put a great deal of care into — both in how it's been designed and in the experience it offers guests. I want everyone who stays here to feel settled and at home from the moment they arrive. I'll always give you the space to enjoy your stay without interruption. That said, I make a point of being accessible should you need anything — whether that's a local recommendation, a question before arrival, or help with something during your stay. I aim to respond quickly, and I'll be in touch ahead of check-in to make sure everything is in order. I've been hosting since 2016, and the feedback I value most is when guests feel well looked after and want to come back. I hope to give you every reason to.

Felpham is a characterful coastal village on the West Sussex coast with a genuine sense of place — a conservation area at its heart, a 12th-century Norman church, and a relaxed pace that makes it well suited to unwinding. It has a warmth and quietness that larger seaside towns rarely hold onto. The beach is around 10 minutes on foot, a peaceful stretch of coastline that draws locals rather than large summer crowds. The village itself has cafés and pubs all within easy walking distance, and Bognor Regis town centre — with its shops, promenade, and pier — is 5 minutes by bus or 20 minutes on foot. Goodwood Racecourse is 15 minutes by car, and the cathedral city of Chichester, with its Roman walls and independent shops, is also 15 minutes away. Arundel, with its castle and market town character, and the South Downs National Park are both around 20 minutes by car. Tinwood Vineyard, set within the South Downs, is also well worth a visit. The Coastliner 700 bus runs regularly between Brighton and Portsmouth, stopping at Bognor Regis with onward connections to Chichester.
