A peaceful and comfortable 2-bedroom home for up to 4 guests, designed to make your stay in Bath easy and relaxing. Located just outskirt of the city, with free parking and a simple 10–15 minute drive into the centre, it’s a great option for those who prefer a quieter base while still being close to everything Bath has to offer. You will have the entire house to yourselves (apart from one locked cupboard in a bedroom and one small room which we use for storage). The main bathroom has a bath and shower, and we have an additional downstairs toilet and a wash basin (cloakroom). Guests tell us they’re glad they chose this place for the ease of parking and straightforward access into Bath, they also like the reliable super fast WIFI and our welcome touch. There is a large supermarket only five minutes walk or drive away. The beautiful open countryside is very close by. You can enjoy the World Heritage site of Bath with all the culture, historic architecture and buzz that this fabulous city has to offer. You can also explore the beautiful countryside and many outdoor activities around Bath. Our house is a strictly non-smoking property throughout (air sensors active). We are private hosts, and this is a self-catering place. We value your privacy and in return we ask that no visitors are entertained during your stay. We include these in our house rules in the guestbook. We will email you the guestbook one week before your arrival. Whether you’re two friends, a couple on retreat, two couples or a small family wanting to spend time connect, or probably you want to visit your friends/family in the area, our house gives you space, private parking and access to Bath’s city centre without the hassle of city chaos.

We (Janet and Graham) came to Bath to study in our youth. Bath became our favourite place and we were married at Roman Baths! We very much hope that you enjoy your stay in our beautiful city.
