Modern apartment in Luton Town Centre. Electric heating, double glazing, modern bathroom with showers & fully fitted open-plan integrated kitchen (including washing machine/dryer) and a storage room. The flat is on the 4th floor in a block of private flats with CCTV monitored free parking. The service includes fob security digital entry system, CCTV recording and fire-alarm systems. Communal areas are cleaned on a weekly basis

Very close by are the following: Luton Train Station (5 to 10 minute walk) Bedfordshire University Luton Airport (less than 8 minute drive) M1 Junction 10 (less than 5 minute drive) The location is perfect for a couple or working professionals and commuters into London. It's only a less than a minute walk into the Town Centre/shopping mall (map postcode is LU1). Excellent transport links, including Luton Train Station (24 minutes train to London Kings Cross). Luton University, Bus Station, the M1 Junction 10 and Luton Airport are also close by.
