This home is located in the Hoburne Cotswold Holiday Park with its own array of lakes plus indoor pool with flume, a sauna and steam room, a mini gym, nature trail, tennis, crazy golf, multi sports court, an amusement arcade and more to keep the whole family entertained. There is also an outdoor swimming pool. The park has a restaurant and a café. There is an evening entertainment program as well as a children’s activities program and 2 outdoor play areas. In addition you will find 4 fishing lakes, pedalos, kart hire and play parks. Spring Lodge is a Premier Class lodge with a private Hot Tub. It has a lovely open-plan living area and panoramic views through the bi-folding patio doors, complete with two sofas, TV, Bose speaker, and realistic open fireplace. The kitchen has a full fridge freezer, wine chiller, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, and a utility area. The Deck area has furniture for enjoying meals outside. The Lodge is positioned at the end of a cul de sac. Access to the lodge is via an easy access ramp, making entrance to the lodge super easy for all. There is a dedicated parking space immediatly outside. The master bedroom with walk-in wardrobe TV, electric window blinds, and ensuite bathroom with free standing bath plus a separate shower. Plenty of room for a travel cot. There is an additional well-sized twin bedroom and across from the twin room is a family shower room with a large walk-in shower. Bedlinen for beds is provided as well as towels for inside, bring your own for hot tub. We also provide: Plates, Glasses, Cutlery and cooking utensils. A small welcome refreshment pack so you can have a tea or coffee and biscuits when you arrive. A starter cleaning pack A loo roll for each toilet Hand soaps Small shower gels Salt, Pepper and Oil Discount vouchers for use in the local area. We allow up to 2 dogs, they are not allowed on the furniture or bedrooms and must be kept on a lead outside. There is a 30 fee per dog paid after booking.

South of Cirencester and north of Swindon the Cotswold Water Park covers just over 40 square miles. The whole area which is made up of 150 different lakes, a series of lovely old Cotswold villages, and the infant Thames is a haven for a wonderful array of wildlife and leisure activities. EV charging stations are available to use in the Hoburne main car park.
