Our little house is a home from home, we have tried to give a welcoming, comfortable space located in the heart of Cornwall, the lounge area gives a calm feeling, in a space whether you are a couple or a family, to enjoy the smart tv or play board games. Or simply choose a book. The kitchen is well equipped, with dishwasher, coffee maker and slow cooker to assist with making the most of your time. The dining table is a good size for a family. giving space for high chair for the little ones. Front bedroom is a peaceful space with TV for those lazing mornings/nights. 2nd bedroom has a double bunk bed with a single on top, both rooms have good hanging space. Travel cot also available. The bathroom is clean and bright with a spacious walk in shower. On the patio and terraced area is a spacious table with benches, parasol available to for outside dining. Springer Villa offers free WiFi and garden views and is located 10km from Newquay train station, the nearest airport is Newquay Cornwall Airport, 7km from Springer Villa. Please note that bookings are for accommodation only. Pool & gym access are not accessible. There is however a lovely pub & restaurant on site, which has live entertainment in peak season as well as children's play & dog walking areas as well as a cafe, tennis courts and a small amusement arcade. A number of on site activities are also available at a cost direct to site (see photos), you will also find pool suggestions in our welcome book in the property. Chris and I fell in love with this little house, the location is perfect for most places in Cornwall, we have the most amazing beaches and there is plenty of activities to do here so you will not be disappointed. Whether it is the beaches, the surfing, the beautiful villages, walks, the Cornish history, time away with the family and fur babies we hope you will enjoy your time here. We have created a welcome book as well as walking books and leaflets that maybe of interest. Most important to us is that you enjoy your time here

The property is set just outside the seaside town of Newquay. Your choices are endless, in Newquay - shops, bars, the national surfing centre and surf hire shops available, and hosts some of the world's best water sports competitions, including the Boardmasters festival and surfing championships, a vast choice of stunning beaches and coastal paths to choose from as well as theme parks, model railways, fishing lakes, village harbours are all a short drive away, including Padstow, Mevagissey, St Ives as well as Tintagel and the Eden Project.
