It features three bedrooms (a large double bedroom, a twin room and a room with bunk beds), a family bathroom, a separate toilet, a well-equipped dining kitchen, and a beautiful lounge-dining area. Superfast WiFi is also provided. The apartment overlooks the stunning golden sands of Filey Bay with seaside walks literally on the doorstep. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a Victorian building with period features and a smart forecourt to the front. Once guests arrive, they can enter via the front door and into the wide vestibule before they enter the spacious and welcoming St Kitts Holiday Apartment. There is on-street car parking available close-by. Filey, known for its family-friendly atmosphere, is the ideal destination for a peaceful getaway. Enjoy a variety of free activities, including breezy beach walks, donkey rides, and indulging in delicious ice creams. Don’t forget to bring your bucket and spade for a classic British seaside experience, where you can discover rock pools, fossils, and starfish along the shore. Treat yourself to classic fish and chips, or explore the local pubs, restaurants, and cafes that serve tasty dishes to satisfy any craving. The town also hosts the Filey International Food Festivals at the Evron Centre and Glen Gardens at various times throughout the year. Outside the apartment there is free on street parking. This is available all year round. During busy times there is more free car parking round the corner near 'Glen Gardens' Please do not park on the driveway to the left of the apartment.
