A refurbished, modern apartment forming part of the 200 year old Steam Corn Mill. The apartment has underfloor heating throughout, a modern kitchen, wet room shower and fibre optic broadband. The lounge has a log burner for cosy winter evenings. Ideal for a couple or a young family of 4 or 5. Situated on a quiet lane with footpaths leading from the doorstep to stunning views of the surrounding area, an ancient hilltop burial ground, and the packhorse bridge at Wellow ford for a summertime paddle.
This house has been in my family for 3 generations. I enjoyed a safe childhood in Wellow exploring the countryside and climbing trees. I now live here with my husband and our 2 dogs, Moose and Pye. Our 3 children are grown up now, but are often around and about enjoying the Steam Mill and surroundings with us.
Wellow is a beautiful Cotswold village. We live 50m from the Fox and Badger public house. This award winning pub has roaring fires, fantastic food and great beer. We are happy to provide details of local walks, bike rides, attractions & recommendations where to eat.
