Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Go back in time with the sounds the steam railway in the distance. More horse hooves than cars in this beautiful rural village. Two pubs within 2 minute walk. Local shop and post office. Ideal for country lovers with beautiful walks in the locality. Close to Buckfastleigh and Buckfast Abbey. Trips from Totnes on the Round Robin via Dartmouth, famous for its Naval College and Dartmoor National park nearby.

Beautiful rural village in the heart of the Devon countryside. Two Public Houses within 2 minutes walk from the property (one famous for its pies). Post office, local shop and village hall all within five minute walk. Ideal for walking, cycling and exploring.
