Priory cottage is a stone property built in 1750's originally a haberdashery shop, it was converted into a stylish home in the 1960's whilst still retaining some of its original features. There is a spacious hall, leading to a comfortable lounge with satellite TV on the ground floor. Upstairs you will fins two double bedrooms. one with two double beds and the other with one double bed, then up two steps to a bathroom, utility area and fabulous open plan kitchen/diner with patio doors that open to access the amazing tiered garden with views across the channel to Wales. The garden has a terrace with table and chairs, then further chairs on a higher level giving outstanding views over the Severn estuary and Sand Point.
I have lived in my house for several years, and taken pride on its renorvation and upkeep. I am very active within my local village community
Priory View cottage is within walking distance to the fabulous Sand Bay Beach which is Dog friendly. The National trust area of Sand Point and walks in Worlebury Woods. There is a local bus that takes visitors into Weston super Mare for all the seaside activities on offer. Parking is on a car park opposite the property.
