Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Patches Barn is nestled in the center of our family farm, set amongst nature in rural worcestershire. With direct access onto many footpaths this is the perfect location for countryside lovers or those who just want to get away from it all and enjoy some peace and quiet. The Barn is spacious, yet has a cosy feel where you can relax and unwind after a day in the fresh air exploring the local area. The Barn is set across 2 floors, you will enter via the undercover porch, which is a perfect space for stowing muddy wellies, then into the entrance hall which leads into the well equipped kitchen. The kitchen is spacious and offers a large kitchen table for sociable dining, along a couple of comfortable chairs for morning coffee. Being glass fronted makes it a light space. The kitchen leads onto the snug, a cosy space with 2 large sofas and a large smart TV, perfect for rainy days. This leads onto the second reception room which boasts a wood burning stove and ample seating, perfect for sociable occasions. There is also a downstairs bathroom with a large shower. Upstairs there are 2 large bedrooms and a family bathroom, which has a bath and a shower.

The property is located on the edge of the village of Alfrick. A community shop offers all of the basics including meat from the local butchers, bread from the local bakery and homemade cakes and coffee available with a small cafe area. There are various local pubs, the Fox and Hounds in Lulsley is a 5 minute car journey, the Talbot in Knightwick is only 8 minutes by car. They offer good pub food, a good selection of local ales and good beer gardens. There is good access to the Worcestershire way, various footpaths and the Malvern Hills for avid walkers and it is only 15 mins by car to both Malvern and Worcester, 30 mins to Hereford and 1 hour to Cheltenham. The 3 counties showground is a 20 minute drive. Alternatively you can explore the endless footpaths, meeting some of our farm animals along the way.
