Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place overlooking Camber Sands. Generous Double bedroom, 2 bunk-beds and a further 2 double sofa beds. Recently refurbished to a very high standard The kitchen has all you need, including a cooker, fridge & washing machine. Outside there is a small private patio & parking spaces. We are dog & child friendly with the beach only a 4 minute walk away. The beautiful countryside has lots of nature walks & Rye Harbour is only 10 minutes drive.

The famous long sandy beach at Camber is a short stroll. There are many nearby walks alongside lakes and farms. There is a Golf Course and Kite surfing centre. Shops and restaurants are within 1 minute walk. There is a 553 bus stop outside and roads to Lydd and Rye
