Waitrose and Sainsbury’s local located at the top of the street on Western Rd, as are a variety of shops/ coffee shops and cafes. We are spoilt for choice with fantastic restaurants and bars close by with Preston street 2 roads down, The Set in Regency square (certainly if cocktails are your thing) and a large range on the seafront (as well as many many more in Brighton centre) Less than a 300 meter walk down to the seafront and i360, the peace statue and meeting place cafe. Churchill square shopping centre less than a 10 minute walk away and the famous Brighton Laines just beyond. Within easy walking reach of the pier, pavilion and nightlife. The Brighton Centre is approx 400m walk, convenient for conferences or events!
