Summers Barn is a very spacious and comfortable property. It has three bedrooms, a lounge with a wood burner, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. There is parking for two cars and an enclosed garden. There is also an EV charging point.

Guests enjoy the proximity to the village and to the Yorkshire Dales. There is an impressive range of local shops: an independent bookshop, a shoe shop, a gentleman's outfitters, a supermarket, a delicatessen and a bakery to name but a few. There are three pubs and a wine bar. There is a wide choice of restaurants: from Grassington House Hotel for fine dining to takeaway fish & chips and an Indian restaurant. There are various cafés and an excellent hardware store!

Summers Barn is located just off the main street of Grassington. The village is famous for its stunning appearance in the recent TV series "All creatures great and small". Within minutes you can be strolling alongside the river Wharfe, or through Grass Woods, or up on Grassington Moor. The geological features of this area are stunning: Malham Cove, Goredale Scar, Stump Cross Caverns and Kilnsey Crag are all close by. The beautiful hills and valleys, with their fascinating dry stone walls, are a feast for the eyes.
