Newly decorated and refitted beautiful house in central Bognor Regis. Enjoy 3 spacious double bedrooms, cosy front lounge with smart TV and super fast WiFi. The dining room with seating for 6 is adjacent to the fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, kettle, toaster and microwave available for your use. The south facing conservatory and coastal gravel garden are perfect for relaxing after your day out. Off road parking for 2 vehicles at front of house.

Sunnyside is a delightfully appointed 3 bedroom terraced house conveniently positioned in a residential area and within 100m of a variety of eateries, post office and general stores. Set to the north side of historic Bognor Regis it provides easy access to bus and train routes, with the famous beach front and Butlins about 4 mins drive away. It is also local for the Chichester University Bognor Campus sites and Butlins, whilst Chichester town centre is about 15 mins easy drive north on the A259
