SunnyVale Valley View Cottage is a two bedroom cottage attached to the owners main residence, which is fully independent with its own private access and garden. There are a couple of steps up to the entrance, so may not be suitable for some with disabilities. The cottage comprises of a large main bedroom to the front of the property overlooking the valley, second double sized bedroom with two single or one king sized bed (Note: Ensure to select the two bedroom option if second bedroom is required, when booking, as default is 2 people, one bedroom), Bathroom, Kitchen, Sitting/Dining Room, Entrance Porch and Garden. The main bedroom is spacious with a king sized bed and large flat screen TV. There is a further flat screen TV mounted on the Sitting/Dining room wall. The second bedroom has two single beds which can also be made into a king sized bed. The garden has a table/chairs and washing line. The property is a 7 minute walk to the harbour and beach. There is free WIFI throughout the property and free off road parking is available. Please note: We do not allow Electric Vehicle charging!

The beach is around a 7 minute walk from the property. There is also a local bar, fish & chip shop, post office and convenience store, 7 minutes from the property. Gorran Haven is a small and welcoming picturesque historic Cornish fishing village.
