Our Sunset Lodge was awarded Emerald grade, a home from home with luxury comfortable sofas and beds which is a king size en-suite room and two rooms with normal sized single beds. All bed linen is provided. Two showers on the property, with Shower mats & hand towels provided. Bath and Beach towels are not provided. There is seating outside to enjoy quiet time and see some incredible sunsets. The kitchen is fully equipped with essentials, has a dishwasher and washing machine and a Nescafé, Dolce Gusto coffee machine too. Tea towel, dish cloths also provided. We also welcome your pet, who we would expect to be house trained and well behaved please, to ensure that our lodge is kept clean and fresh for each guests stay. There is a pet fee, per stay, that is chargeable on your arrival to the lodge. Our wrap around balcony is gated and therefore safe for children and pets. And now it is your Time to relax. :-)

Welcome, I am Carole, Co host to Sunset Lodge.🌅 I would love to welcome you to Sunset Lodge for a relaxing getaway or a fun-filled break. My aim is to make the lodge feel like a home away from home, with comfort, cleanliness and those little touches to make your stay enjoyable. If you have any questions or need recommendations, please just ask — I’m always happy to help! I’m a huge dog lover and enjoy exploring Rockley Park, Hamworthy and Poole with my Sheepadoodle, Mika 🐾. There are so many beautiful walks, beaches and places to discover, and I’m happy to share my favourite spots. Rockley Park also has an area in the on-site Restaurant that allows well behaved doggies. A fantastic base for exploring Poole & the Dorset coast. It sits on the edge of Poole harbour beside Ham common, so you have beaches, harbour scenery and countryside almost on your doorstep. Beaches nearby are Rockley park beach, Hamworthy beach with a child friendly gated paddle pool. A drive to Sandbanks beach beautiful sand, or a trip over on chain ferry to Studland Bay a National Trust coastline. Famous landmarks & places around us are, Poole quay and old town. Corte Castle. Poole park. You could have Day trips out to either Durdle Door & Lulworth Cove. Or to Swanage seaside town. Amazing views at Studland and Old Harry Rocks. Weymouth seaside town with Portland also to visit. The New Forest is so peaceful and countryside with wild Horses, ponies and Cows wandering freely. So Many, many more places to visit… please ask me if you want to find something in particular.
