Located very close to Queen’s Park on a quiet cull de sac. The house is within a 10 minute walk from the heart of Kemptown and the South Downs. At the end of the road there is a warm and friendly local pub, and a small supermarket open till 9pm. The space The room gets plenty of sun in the morning(there is a black out blind for a lie in!). It is a first floor, well equipped room with a kettle and fridge. Drinking water can be obtained from cold water tap in the shower room. There is a key safe, so late check is fine and the room is lockable. Other things to note Parking is available in the nearby streets using the PayByPhone app.

I am a teacher and my interests are rock climbing, volley ball and art. I really like meeting new people from all round the world. My partner and I have a very small friendly dog called Woki.
