Talbot House is a substantial house in Talbot Woods. It sleeps up to 12 guests in 5 bedrooms across two floors. It also benefits from a private garden & driveway parking for four cars. The owner of this property resides in a conjoined annexe, so please remain respectful of the quiet hours and house rules. The Space: The ground floor of the property contains the sitting room, adjoining dining room with space for 10 guests, and is separated from the conservatory by patio doors. The kitchen overlooks the garden & is equipped with a fridge/freezer, induction hob, oven & dishwasher. The utility room has a washing machine for your use. A games room, a WC & bedroom five with twin* beds completes the downstairs. Upstairs are bedroom one (super-king + en-suite), two (super-king* bed), three (triple room - twin* beds + single) four (triple room – super-king* bed + single). A bathroom with shower cubicle and a balcony *these beds are “Zip’n’link”, they can be made as either king size or twins upon request. The above is the default set up, let us know at the time of booking if you require a change. Parking – Off road space for four cars Services – Duvets and linens provided (beach towels not included). Technology – Free WiFi available Kitchen – Dishwasher, electric oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. Restrictions – No smoking at any time on property grounds. No pets upstairs or on furniture. Please be respectful of the neighbours, keep noise to a minimum during the quiet hours - 11pm-8am. Please put the bins out the night before collection. The minimum age required for the lead guest is 21, if you are below the age minimum your booking will be cancelled. Grandeur Property manages this property for the owner.
