Period first floor apartment overlooking the river Tay in the historic centre of Perth. The flat consists of a large living room with flat screen TV, double bedroom and fully fully fitted kitchen. Both on and off road parking is available close by.
The flat sits in the city centre and is conveniently located for all amenities, theatre, concert hall, Perth Museum and night life. Sitting on the bank of the river Tay it is close to river walks, city parks and 2 golf courses. Although in the city centre it is ideally situated for trips into rural Perthshire's attractions including Scone Palace, Dunkeld, Pitlochry and Aberfeldy. Flat is close to both Perth railway and bus stations.
