Please Note: For stays taking place between 1st October - 31st January Polaris sits within countryside used for parties to undertake seasonal shooting of pheasants. Between the hours of 9am - 3pm each Saturday guests will be able to see and hear shooting taking place in the areas surrounding Polaris. Guests are entirely safe using the cabin during this time however some guests may choose to leave the shack in the morning and return in the afternoon in order to avoid any noise or disruption. You’ll find Polaris is tucked up against a long hedge about 300m up a farm track. Surrounded by fields with an expansive view overlooking the Cheshire plains. The track to Polaris is one of our more challenging approaches but it's worth it when you get to the top. Light the wood burner during the winter or relax in our outdoor chairs during the summer with the sound of the stream running past the cabin. Polaris is on a working farm, very occasionally you’ll see the local farmer harvesting crops or herding cattle.
