Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Whether you're staying for business or pleasure, The Annex, Tyn Rhos has everything you could want or need - it even has Fibre internet with speeds up to 450 Mbps!. Situated in the small hamlet of Graianrhyd, next door to one of the finest real ale pubs in North Wales (The Rose & Crown), you'll have everything you need here. Being on the edge of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) there are miles upon miles of beautiful walks and Offas Dyke is just a stones throw away. You won't want to leave!

I've lived in Wales now for over 10 years and have to say I never want to leave! The area I live in is stunning and is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) . I've worked in IT for most of my career, latterly working as an IT Project Manager. In my spare time I'm an Extra on TV, enjoy walking in the hills and mountains, enjoy brewing beer & making wine and tending to my chickens and ducks :)

Whether you want to just relax and take in the stunning scenery, go for beautiful walks or you're more adventurous and want to have plenty of things to do then this is the perfect place for you. As well as miles upon miles of beautiful walks we have many local attractions. For example there's the Llandegla Forest Mountain Bike centre just down the road (https://oneplanetadventure.com/) or there's Clay Pigeon Shooting (https://www.fauxdegla.co.uk/). If you like the shops then we have Cheshire Oaks about 1/2 an hour away. Whatever it is you like I'm sure you'll find it here in North East Wales.
