Spacious self-contained studio annexe with newly fitted kitchenette in (electric) gated property. Ample (free) parking. Recently refurbished and decorated to high standard. Kingsize bed with comfortable mattress. Kitchenette with fridge/freezer, Microwave, electric hob, halogen oven. Free Wifi Quiet, rural setting with beautiful views. Stairs up to accommodation – not suitable for less abled guests with limited mobility (see pictures) Balcony (with bistro table/chairs) where guests can sit and enjoy a glass of wine or two whilst taking in the stunning views. Self check-in and check-out available. Washing machine available on request Shuttle runs available (subject to availability and at additional cost tbc)

Stunning countryside location South of Bath but only a 15 min drive from the UNESCO world heritage city of Bath. Only 10 min drive from the Odd Down Park & Ride on outskirts of Bath (10 min ride into Bath). Frome (9 miles), Shepton Mallet (10 miles), Wells (13 miles) , Wookey Hole (15 miles), Bristol (15 miles), Longleat (15 miles), Glastonbury (18 miles), Cheddar (19 miles), Stone Henge (33 miles) - not all of them accessible by public transport. Unfortunately, there is no local village pub – but the nearest pub is only a short taxi drive away in Tunley (King William) – this is a great place for food but you would be well-advised to book in advance as they are often busy! Farm shop with cosy café is only a 2 minute drive away
