The annexe is simple in design providing the basics for a trip into Filey or the surrounding areas of Scarborough or York. We are a 10 min walk to Filey beach and 10-15 min walk into Filey town. The annexe comprises of: - A sofa bed, which you can pull out - A small table with tea & coffee amenities, a toaster, and some plates if you fancy a takeaway - A small TV - A king-sized bed - A bathroom with a toilet, sink and shower - Access to shared garden - Drive can fit 2 additional cars ** Please note this is an annexe adjoined to a family home, we do have a toddler and a newborn baby. We have put soundproofing measures in place but there may be sound pollution from normal family activities ** * If you require a clothes horse, please let us know * * There are no cooking facilities, but if you fancy a takeaway or your own food we will be happy to wash your plates at the end of each day *
