The bathroom has an extra large walk in shower with handmade portuguese tiles and a double head shower fitting, with Waffle towels and a haiordryer and make up mirror. The sitting room area has a smart TV, games & books to entretain you and a kitchen with everything you could need to haet up some ready meals or enjoy your takeaway or make yourself some pasta. We have a Nespresso coffee machine, tea and coffee available and a full range of crockery and cooking utensils 2 electric radiators and a towel rail keep it cosy in winter and the double patio doors bring the sunshine and warm air into the aprtmnet from the patio in the warmer months There is a completly private south facing patio area with table and chairs and a large olive tree and other plants and herbs Festoon solar powered lighting brings a bit of magic at nighttime. We have full blackout blinds and curtains and double glazing The location is a 20 minute walk to the city centre via picturesque Bathwick Fields & a 5 minute walk to Bath University & the Bath Skyline. Inside it's a light filled modern studio space with luxurious walk in shower, deluxe super kingsize bed & contemporary velvet sofa. Outside enjoy the private patio garden with large olive tree, table and chairs and nightime festoo lighting The proprty benfits from plenty of off street parking right outise the door in this safe and quiet neighbourhood Regular buses take you in and out of Bath every few minutes and scooters and electric cycles are right on the doorstep

I live in Bath with my family. I worked as a freelance feature film set decorator and interiors stylist for many years and now specialise in events & logistics. I really enjoy imagining and then creating spaces that are comfortable and practical but with an added bit of luxury and lots of mid century detail that makes them feel eclectic and authentic. I hope you'll come and stay with us and find out all the fantastic things that Bath has to offer. You will have a totally private space with a key box for access & a private fully fenced patio with table and chairs. If you need help or advice we will of course be on hand in the adjacent house via email or text, but we will not disturb you otherwise.

Bathwick Hill is an iconic Gerogian grand street lined with historic houses & notable mansions, many of which are are listed buildings. This is the perfect accommodation for university visits or visiting lecturers as well as all visitors wishing to explore this wonderful City and surrounds The centre of Bath is a 20 minute stroll downhill, either by the historic canal through the Bathwick fields well used footpath or straight down to Pulteney street and right into the City centre. Parking is free and secure on our driveway in the designated spot, right outside the apartment. If you dont want to walk.... We are lucky enough to have several regular bus routes on our doorstep which take you right in and out of the city in no time. Or hire an electric scooter or bike from Voi. We border the National Trust’s Bathwick fields, which are part of the Bath Skyline walk, & this overlooks the centre of Bath with stunning views of the Abbey and beyond. Its a perfect spot for taking in the views of the City & also enjoying some peace & quiet in the nearby parks & green spaces . Guests love the closeness to the City and the fact that you can walk for 5 minutes and be in fields and breathe fresh air. And then go in and out so easily and come back to relax in the hideaway and order a takeaway after all that shoping and sightseeing.... Bath has so many museums and historic sights to visit as well as fantastic shops with lots of unique markets and independant sellers. The restaurants & cafes offer every cuisine and price range you could want, from Gatropubs, to roast dinners to Thai tapas & fantastic Indian streetfood - I have left a list of recommended places in The Apartmnent. If you travel further afield you can visit Bradford on Avon, Frome, Bristol & many more intersting & diverse places within 30 minutes
