The Aspens is a detached property resting on the outskirts of Middleton-In-Teesdale. It houses two bedrooms, comprising of a super-king-size with freestanding bath and en-suite shower, basin and WC and a twin bedroom (zip/link beds, can be made into a super-king-size bed on request) with en-suite shower, basin and WC. Completing the interior is a kitchen/diner, a utility and a sitting room with woodburning stove. Outside, there is ample off-road parking, a patio area with furniture and hot tub and a lawn area. The Aspens is a superb base for exploring the delights of this part of the Pennines. Please note: This property does not accept booking that start or end on a Sunday and those that start or end on a Saturday are by request to the owner.

Middleton-in-Teesdale is a town resting on the banks of the River Tees in the pretty North Pennines AONB, 10 miles away from Barnard Castle. Within the town you will find a range of shops, pubs and places and is surrounded by a magnitude of walking opportunities upon the moorland as well as pretty wooded valleys. Attractions within the area include the waterfall of High Force, Gibson's Cave and Cauldron Snout.
