The Barn at Chapel House is a wonderful, private, peaceful getaway. There is a luxury super comfy, super king size bed (can also be made up as twin beds) with crisp white bed linen. A clean shower room with large shower and nice smellies and fluffy towels. There is also a sitting room with kitchenette where you can take breakfast overlooking the surrounding countryside, or if sunny a lovely terrace which is quite a sun trap. There is a fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster. We will provide a delicious continental breakfast. There are lots of lovely walks, nice pubs and restaurants a short drive away. Stonehenge, Avebury, Bath, Winchester, Salisbury are all within sensible driving distances. The Barn is also perfectly placed for a meeting point between London and Bristol and further afield.

We live in a beautiful area surrounded by countryside with all sorts of animals living amongst it. You may spot our local barn owl while taking your breakfast, or the red kites and various birds of prey, hedgehogs, hares and pheasants. If you are a foodie there are a couple of fabulous Michelin Starred restaurants close by. The Harrow at Little Bedwyn and The Woodspeen at Speen. Not to mention our super local pubs at Wilton and Great Bedwyn. Marlborough with its smart, wide shopping street is 10 mins away, whilst Hungerford with all its antique shops is 10 mins in the opposite direction. The Kennet & Avon canal is a few minutes drive away for a stroll along the tow path.
