The Beach House is a spacious, light and modern bungalow with a large open plan kitchen/diner and 3 good sized bedrooms. The property was fully refurbished with a new bathroom, flooring and paint throughout in March 2024. There is a large secured rear garden with a generous sized patio complete with garden furniture for a perfectly relaxing stay. The house sits opposite the sweeping stretch of Swansea Bay and can be accessed directly by the short walk across the road.

Whether it's exploring all that Gower and its designated title of Area of Outstanding Beauty has to offer (20 minute drive away), visiting the pretty seaside village of Mumbles (5 minute drive/30 minute walk along the promenade opposite), walking your dog on the long stretch of Swansea Bay opposite, visiting the beautiful Clyne Gardens a short walk away or taking a trip to the National Pool and sports academy close by, the location couldn't be more perfect. If you have little ones then the free outdoor Lido (open from Spring til the end of Summer) is a short walk away, For slightly older children, directly opposite if a Footgolf course which is fun for all the family. A short walk in the other direction takes you to a boating lake complete with crazy golf, an adventure playground and pedalos. For the rainy days, Wales' biggest indoor water park and state of the art gym is located on the same stretch of road. Singleton Hospital and Swansea University are also within walking distance.
