Most rooms come with ensuite, there is only 2 rooms without ensuite there is a shared shower toilet. TV in most rooms, tea and coffee in all rooms. well stocked Bar and is open till late.

property is in a perfect location central between south and north pier, 10 minute walk to Blackpool tower, 10 minute walk to pleasure beach, 2 minute walk to beach and 2 minute walk to Blackpool football club. 2 minute walk to tram stop. lots of restaurants and shops all around.
