We also have a shop front on South Street in St. Andrews should you wish to pop in and chat. Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. We are happy to communicate with all guests as much as necessary, but will otherwise leave you to enjoy your stay. When the booking is confirmed you will receive instructions via email with all the necessary information to check in at your leisure. Check in is from 4pm, unless one of our early check in options has been purchased. Check out is strictly 10am, unless one of our late check out options has been purchased. Check in is via a secure key box for which you will be provided the key box code 7 days prior to arrival. The homely open-plan living room and kitchen, with bifold doors leading to a relaxing patio area and garden, creates a relaxing ambiance and has spectacular views over the Fife countryside. The property has its own entrance on the ground floor and ample free parking directly outside for several cars — and there is even a dry store in the garden for storing golf clubs and shoes. The Space Offering 80 m² of detached accommodation, the layout is as follows: on the ground floor, a twin bedroom — perfect for guests with mobility requirements (only small steps) — the family bathroom, and the open-plan kitchen and dining area with access out to the enclosed patio, decking and garden. On the first floor, a second bedroom which can be set up as a twin or double. The living space comes with a Smart TV, radio and free WiFi, and the property is centrally heated throughout, with a washing machine, iron, ironing board and hair dryer provided. The umbrella for the outside table and chairs is kept in the garden dry store.
