Company info

The Bulls Head is all about old school done exceptionally well! Our passion is fresh, seasonal food using local ingredients in an informal and relaxed atmosphere, complemented with local ales and internationally awarded wines and spirits. From a post-walk pint in the sun trap of the pub’s frontage or perched in the bar gazing at the roaring fire, to relaxing in the oak-panelled dining room or horse brass decorated stable bar, with a meal fit for a king. There are beautiful walks in every direction from the village. Only a short drive or a peaceful stroll away lies the historic village of Eyam, famous for its inspiring tale of courage during the Plague of 1666, and the picturesque Ashford in-the-Water,
