The Coach House is a splendid annex to our family home. It is located at the bottom of our tranquil garden and has a private access via a side gate into the garden. Despite being centrally located, once inside you will have total peace and quiet. A real gem. Newly refurbished, The Coach House offers a separate kingsize bedroom with luxurious bed and Egyptian cotton sheets. A modern bathroom with shower, towels provided. The spacious open plan living area includes fully equipped kitchen, elegant dining area which fits up to 4 people, study area for working guests and a truly comfortable living room with a 55" brand new TV complete with Virgin Media, Sky Sports and BT Sport for all you sports fans! Three skylights ensure the living area is light and airy.
My husband and I came to Cardiff to study in 2002. We loved the city so much we decided to stay. The friendliness, the community, the attractions and opportunities made this fantastic city a home for us. We started our property business so we could share our love of the city with others and provide the same warmth and care we have experienced around Cardiff. We love food and eating out so are always excited at all the new restaurants and bars opening up around us! We have an international family so can relate to many different cultures. We have three young children and two dogs so we are always roaming around the area making use of the parks and outdoor spaces on our doorstep.
We really are in a fabulous location as so much is within walking distance. You can walk into the city centre to do some shopping or see a concert or match. You can stroll down to the buzzing Wellfield Road for a drink or fantastic dinner or take in some fresh air in any of the green parks on our doorstep. Whether its a last minute gift you need, a missing ingredient for dinner or you have a favourite hobby you will be spoilt for choice within walking distance.
