The following room types have extended check-out available until 11:00: Superior Double Room Standard Double Room Deluxe Double/Twin Room Luxury Double or Twin Room Guests staying in the Woodland Lodges, please note that there is a security deposit of GBP 200 that is taken upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodations. Please note that accommodations with a hot tub, the hot tub is ready to be used from the second day only. Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult in the leisure facilities and swimming pool.
